Downloaded zip file is empty

    Hi. I wanted to download a backup to a thumb drive so I used the Store Locally option. It seemed to complete the download without error but when we went to open the zip drive to confirm the files, it was empty.

    Here’s the message below. I also tried using the option to email the backup to myself but the file was too large (153 MiB).
