download wp-comments-post.php, when i write a comment.

when i try to post a comment at my blog, i get a msg saying:

you are trying to open wp-comments-post.php file. What do you want to do with this file:

open with
save

(it is the common msg we get when we click on a downloadable file)

any ideas?
