• When I purchase a downloadable product it appears to work OK but when I click on the download URL I just get a page saying “Sorry something has gone wrong with your download!” This happens twice, then it says there are no more downloads available. Also, I don’t receive email notification of the sale.

    This also happens if I click on the Download link next to the file in the product admin screen.

    I have checked and the file was uploaded OK.

    Anybody else have this problem? Is it something obvious, or will I need tech support?
