   When I tried to export the data, the attachment file was not in the spreadsheet, just the name of the file. How do I download or export the data with the attachment file?

   Files uploaded by forms do not export with the spreadsheet.

   If you go to Database Options page and set "Export URLs instead of file names for uploaded files" = "true", then when you export a spreadsheet you get URLs that you can use to download each file individually.
