   if you look at my site tamad.net you'd see a css validation link at the footer area.

   I believe it's Download monitor's (plugin i'm using) css files which are having this errors. why am i having these validation errors. haven't its developers didn't check it's css files before uploading the plugin. or it's just me?

   The plugin uses fairly common but proprietary CSS. You can safely remove it if it bothers you. You'll just lose the rounded corners in Gecko and WebKit browsers.
