    Hi,
This is the first time I use your plugin, so my problem might be due to my clumsiness, but since I have not found anything helpful in previous support forum messages, here I am.

I have added several downloads (all PDF documents) which I had previously uploaded to my WP media and I have displayed them in a page for users to download. Here is the page: http://www.paisaia.com/proyectos-de-paisaia/acciones-para-la-puesta-en-valor-de-los-paisajes-rurales-atlanticos-documentacion/

Some of the links work, and many others return a 404 error. All the PDFs are in the folder, so that is not the problem; as a matter of fact, all of them were available for download before I installed the plugin. I have tried both setting the endpoint value to ID and slug with no luck, I have also tried using your shortcodes and just the link to the download file with no luck either. My WP permalinks are set to post name and I have saved that many times. Finally, I have had no 404 issues with any other pages/posts on my site before.

What else could I do to get rid of the 404s and make the links work?
