    I took the day off to work on this and the (paid) download has failed and won’t let me redo it. I sent an email to the receipt address too.

    I should add that the plugins (which I downloaded later from the email versus from the website) downloaded fine.

    Developer just unexpired my access and I was successful this time via the email link. Thanks!
