   I am constantly getting the error below. I cant install plugins or anything from the dashboard.

   Downloading install package from http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/download/magazine-basic.2.5.6.zip.

   Warning: touch() [function.touch]: Unable to create file D:\Hosting\4207957\html/wp-content/magazine-basic.2.5.6.zip because Permission denied in D:\Hosting\4207957\html\wp-admin\includes\file.php on line 175

   Download failed. Could not create Temporary file

   The issue is due to the server's configuration. eEither contact your hosts or try installing plugins & themes manually.

   Did you get an answer to this at all? I'm having the same problem. So when I contact my host, what exactly am i asking them for?
