    Hi Marisa,

    Usually this problem is server incompatibility with reading a file for direct download output. To fix this problem please enable javascript downloads in settings.

    Usually this is the case on windows servers.

    Thank you! I reinstalled the plugin and then saw this issue and applied that option and it worked. Thanks!
