   is it possible to dowgrade to from 3.1 to 3.0.5 ?

   If you still have back up of you database and wp-content folder then there should be not problem down grading to 3.0.5

   i have been able to downgrade but now most plugins doesnt work
   the update have ruined my site :(

   Yes, it's completely possible. I had to do it.
