   I need to downgrade wp ver 3.0.1 to 3.0
   any clues, any one?

   All you'll need to do is replace the 3.0.1 files with the 3.0 files

   If you need to locate the older files for an older installation of wordpress you can find them at: http://wordpress.org/download/release-archive/
