Down Drop menu is gone crazyyyyy!!!!! (1 post)

    the DD menu is showing in the right site of my homepage, ( see: http://naruto-network.atbhost.net/wordpress/ )
    how can i relocate it ?
    and how can i remove it ( if i wanted to)
    i deactivated the plugin , yet it still there???
    please help.
