    Hi Miro,

    First of all, very nice website!

    Regarding your question, we just released WP Video Posts 3.0 with a new added html5 player – video js – you can choose it now on the settings page as a default player. The options also allow you to set the video to no thumbnail with video js player. If you uncheck “Display splash image”, the video will preload with a play button upon clicking on which the video will start playing.
    We also added “Autoplay video” option.

    To set auto play on a flowplayer you would need to modify the code for now. I am planning to add it to options soon as well.
