[resolved] DOS and UNIX style line endings in functions.php - how make them the same? (3 posts)

Testing my theme with theme-check, I get the following:

'WARNING: Both DOS and UNIX style line endings were found in the file functions.php. This causes a problem with SVN repositories and must be corrected before the theme can be accepted. Please change the file to use only one style of line endings.'

All I can think of is that there are \n line endings and that I have a Windows OS in which I run my text editor.

I'm baffled. What am I meant to do?

There's probably a setting in your text editor, assuming it's not Notepad. Google for the setting...

Thanks, kevmo314, that did the trick. In EditPad Lite there was a Convert /to UNIX.
