Don't use points for some questions?

Hello,
Would it be possible to not use points for all questions within 1 quiz. I have some questions where both (yes/no) answers are ‘correct’ or at least answer 1 is no better than answer 2.

Of course i could set both answers to correct, by using multiple choice, but:
– this allows the user to select more than 1 answer, which is not feasible.
– does not enables me (the quiz maker) to apply a notification/message per answer. So a different message for ‘yes’ and a different message for ‘no’.

Hope you can follow me;) Any ideas on this?
