Don’t show the form

    Hi, i can’t see the form when i enter to the web, only show the title

    The issue is this:

    
formType: false

    This is a small bug in the code that I need to fix.

    1. Visit your dashboard>>Age Verifier>>>Age Verifier
    2. Change the Form Type field to the opposite type it’s currently set to (if it’s set to Don’t ask for visitor’s date of birth, set it to Ask for visitor’s date of birth, and vice-versa)
    3. Click the blue save button at the top of of the customizer window
    4. Change the Form Type value back to what you want it to be
    5. Click the blue save button again

    That should resolve the problem. Reload the page (CTRL+F5) in an incognito browser and see if it pops up.
