Don't show comment form in browsers

I have problem with comment form in internet browsers. For example on my this site

show only like button and text headline “you can write comment by facebook” in czech language, but don’t show form for write something.

I’m using different theme on mobile, and there comment forms showing correctly.
I don’t know where is the problem.
