   I have 404.php page but when I tried a random address to display the page redirects me directly to browsers default 404 page(http://avantajbul.com/4545)...
   How to configure 404page?

   Your 404 is working - eg http://avantajbul.com/?p=7110
   It just needs a little tidying.
