If you go to http://kettlefallsapartments.com/home you will notice a wordpress cite however, if you take out the "/home" and you just go to http://kettlefallsapartments.com you will notice some weird cite that idk how it got there or what it is and I can't get it to go away. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the index.html file in your domain's root folder.

No. It's nothing to do with WordPress. Try asking your hosts for assistance. Or read the page at the link I provided above.
