   You enabled reCAPTCHA, but some of the reCAPTCHA API Keys seem to be missing. Fix this

   ...but don't save Public Key and Private Key

   :-(

   I had the same problem. I downloaded version 2.9.8.2 instead, and it works for me.

   Even with version 3.1.3, it is not saving my keys.

   I ran into the same problem and here's my workaround:

   It seems to me that this problem only applies to multisites.
