Don't Have Sufficient Permissions

    Hi Brad,

    I’m trying to use this plugin for the first time. I’ve worked through the instructional steps to get my Flickr API key/secret. When I get to the last step and hit “Authenticate with Flickr” I get a blank error page returned that says:
    “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    Has anyone had this issue before?

    I’m currently working on a test site at http://174.120.145.186/~gravitye/ without a domain name pointed at it. Would that have anything to do with it?

    Also, the Flickr account logs in with a Google account, not sure that has any relevance but thought I’d throw it out there.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
