Don't display widgets or use another theme? (1 post)

    Hi,

I have a few posts/pages that require no sidebars, and I would like to use the entire content area of my site. Also, I would like to remove certain navigation options from these pages.

Right now, I think there are 2 ways to do this:

    1) modify my current template content area to be the width plus the sidebars. Upload my current template again, but call it something else, configure it without any widgets in the sidebars. Use the alternate template with a template chooser plugin.

    2) Use Widget logic to not show widgets on specific posts/pages. But that would leave the content area the same width as before.

    Thoughts?

    Best,
    Dainis
