    Purchased the Pro upgrade expecting a link or whatever pretty quickly. Three chasing emails later only automated responses and no sign of my purchase.
    Why would anyone use this company’s e-commerce solutions in their own business when the vendor gets it so egregiously wrong?
    Hopeless. If only WordPress would make ‘no stars’ an option…

    I’m sorry but these forums do not support commercial products. Only the free plugins downloaded from http://wordpress.org/plugins/. Please contact the plugin’s vendor directly with any questions about commercial products.

    I think you need to understand the nature of this type of collaborative work.

    Go PRO is, many times, a way to say ‘thank you for your great work for us’.

    Last time I did it was when I have paid for a year of support services, but I never get the password for that service.
