   The donate page appears when I click Insert the code on the mini audio player settings page for an individual link.

   Clicking on 'I already donate' does nothing!

   Can you verify if there are errors in the javascript console?
   Which browser?
   Which WP version?

   On all the test I did it worked fine.

   Don't know where to start to answer this as I've never seen/used the javascript console. If you're asking whether WP displayed any errors then the answer is no.

   Which browser?
   Chrome Version 23.0.1271.64 m

   Which WP version?
   3.4.2

   The 0.9 update should have solved your issue.
