   I'm moving my wordpress.com-based site to WordPress (on HostGator, if it matters).

   The domain is RunBarefootRunHealthy.com. The site is up, the home page displays correctly. So far so okay.

   But when I click on (say) "Blog" in the menu, the correct page opens, but the URL displays:
   http://runbarefootrunhealthy.com/?page_id=14

   rather than the expected:
   http://runbarefootrunhealthy.com/blog

   Same for all pages. How do I set the URL to display the text "blog," or whatever, as it automatically did when I was on wordpress.com ?

   Appreciate a link to the appropriate documentation. Thanks.

   That's exactly what I needed - thank you!

   (One day I'll have the entire WordPress/PHP/SQL documentation committed to memory, but it may be a while.)
