That’s something multisite does on it’s own, no plugin needed. Turn on Multisite, set up as you want 🙂

There’s one that’s pay for. I don’t know (think) the free ones can, but then again, it’s not something I’d want to have on sign up until I’ve TALKED to the person to make sure they did the DNS stuff already!
