Domain Permissions and Web Hosting, Messed up File Manager

    I use Yahoo Web Hosting. Today I was trying to create a main page for our blog and accidently changed something. I was trying to get it on girlsonpolitics.com away from girlsonpolitics.com/thoughts. I am not sure if this is a web hosting, file manager or domain problem. Please help and give detailed ways to try to fix this!

    Now I am unable to open Word Press. I get an Error 404 message. I want to change it back to the way it was so I do not mess anything else up. Our website links are now all messed up and I cannot add any new posts.
