Domain Mirror creates fatal error after install

Using the latest version of the Domain Mirror plugin (there is a version for WP 2.3 on his site), I get the following errors on a WP 2.3.3 install:

I know the first two are just warnings, but the last one is a problem.

I requested support on his site, but there hasn’t been a post there since November.

Does anyone have any insight into how to fix this – if possible?
