   When I map to another sites directory (i.e. http://www.othersite.com/blog/) Do I need to add that directory to the other site? Does there need to be an index.php inside of that directory? I'm getting a reroute back to the root when I try to do this.

   Is this possible at all?

   You can't map domain records and include folders. It's a limitation of how DNS works in general.
