   I have my blog in a host out of wordpress... and i want to link to wordpress.com.

   exemple:
   my blog: http://blog.host.com
   i want: http://blog.wordpress.com

   i need to pay to add a domain wordpress?

   Maybe something's getting lost in translation but what stops you from adding a link to your WordPress.com account? Could you rephrase your question?

   sorry.
   i have a blog out of wordpress and wanted to direct my blog to wordpress.
   WP website says that it costs $19 for domains.. but wanted to know if it is to register domain or just redirects them?

   :P
