Doesn't work with PHP 5.5

The plugin seems to have issues with PHP 5.5. On a PHP 5.5 system, the call is executing and taking up 100% CPU until the php max execution timeout hits and PHP kills the request.If I downgrade from PHP 5.5 to 5.4, it loads without problem.
