Doesn't work with Amazon affiliate links

    This plugin works only with links that’s in part of the post. It may omit some affiliate links. Show me your site, I’ll try to upgrade to fix your problem.

    They are in the posts. I ended up using the Better WordPress External Links plugin to do it. Thanks for the offer of help though.
