Unfortunately I have no idea. The problem is, that your theme reads the title outside the loop. In my plugin I have a query that checks whether it is in the loop. This is necessary because otherwise also in the collections of widgets, the title is simply deleted. In the “Recent Posts” widget is an empty title is replaced by its ID. So I can not remove the query also.
If you want to remove the title on all sides, then the easiest is you’re doing with CSS or moving away title output in your theme (of course as a child theme).
I see no possibility at the moment the plugin teach the cooperation with your theme.
