Doesn't work v.2.6.0 with WP 3.8

Hi, I actualize my WordPress to 3.8 and also all plugins to current version.

I have problem with plugin Sidebar login – the new version 2.6.0 doesn’t appear in AdminPanel/ Item: Apperance (where are: customize, widgets, menu,editor and should be also Sidebar Login).
This doesn’t appear as position in apperance and also doesn’t appear on my home page in WP.

I used earlier version 2.2.15 and this work with new WP v.3.8 – i used on home page code:
<?php sidebarlogin(); ?>

And i get nice widgets.

But after installation new version 2.6.0 – nothing appears on my home page.

Now i restored from backup old version 2.2.15 – sidebar login and this work.

Can you help in any way how to use new version, is other code that must be written instead of:
<?php sidebarlogin(); ?>

and possibly something else is wrong, so i can’t see settings in menu item for sidebar login, so i don’t see this in item: Apperace.

Please any advice about this
