  • Did you select “Current Date & Time” when you used the plugin? I do not know whether that will make any difference, but it might.

    Hi, it happened to me as well. i installed “add from server”, then use Filezilla to transfer large video files in .mp4 format from my computer to server, i put in the uploads folder.

    But then, when i refer to the media library, the video files are there, however it is in red background and cannot be imported (no check box to tick).

    I also hope to know the solution for this problem. Thanks.
