Ok the plugin works fine maybe you need to read this. Sounds like there is a conflict with your theme or another plugin.

Third, to test what’s wrong, disable all your other plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme for a bit. If the problem persists with the default theme and all other plugins disabled, open a thread, if not, figure out which plugin is the cause of the problem and open a thread mentioning both plugins or theme that is causing the problem.
There is no encrypted code it’s against WordPRess T&C it’s actually php 🙂

Not sure why there are these negative reviews. I believe it because either you don’t take the time to watch the tutorial videos or there is a conflict and you don’t take the time to find out why or submit a support request.
If the plugin didn’t work, why would there be users saying it great?

We provide a plugin that works, yet there are times that there maybe a conflict with another theme or plugin. Instead of taking the time to ask for support they add a bad review. I’d like this review deleted.
If they took the time to submit a support request you would see that we are very active in replying and resolving any problem.

I provide the real first-hand experience from a person who is working online for more than 10 years.
I saw your trainings (without them I couldn’t even delete a text in the Editor window) but when after 2 hours of editing it didn’t save my work, frankly speaking, I was not in the mood to look for support forums and spend another XX? hours.
I prefer plugins that save my work without support forums.
In conclusion: your plugin makes it very hard to create and customize a simple popup and second I don’t like to be treated as a cash guinea pig.
Cash guinea pig? I don’t remember you paying anything to use Optin Revolution Lite.
I’m sure there are other plugins that are template driven and are easier for you to use.
If it didn’t save your work I’d say there’s a conflict we can’t test every plugin and every theme and every WordPress custom environment, we know it works with the default WordPress theme which is why we provide support. Thats your choice for not asking.
