doesn't show gallery only text

    Hi!
    I have upgrade wp to 3.6 and to the newest nextgen gallery version. in a post i have a gallery of photos. now it doesn’t display the gallery only text like:

    title=””
    data-image-id=’5′
    class=”shutterset_e71a5bdb872edc756a34a9a77b7854d3″> title=”c1_001″
    alt=”c1_001″
    src=”http://…../wp-content/gallery/case1/thumbs/thumbs_c1_001.jpg”

    and when I click on the link from src I can see the image.

    any ideas what can I do?

    problem solved by following the advice to select a template in nextgen settings

    Hey All

    Had same problem after updating – this was how to select template and fix error.

    1. Select Gallery on Left Hand Menu
    2. Select Gallery Settings
    3. In my case I selected NextGEN Basic Thumbnails
    4. I then selected NextGen: gallery.php under template (near bottom of drop down)
    5. Saved, clear cache (if using) and then everything came back.

    Just play with these settings depending on what aspects of NextGen your using.
