WooCommerce DYMO Print Free should work on all browsers and with all printers, but maybe there is an error on the mac.
Could you tell us which browser you’re using?
Could you tell us if there are any errors and what kind of errors?

I had the same problem.
I’ve solved by:
1. First shipping label settings store.
2. Save shipping label layout.
3. When I have more time on the “Save shipping label settings’ button.
I am using Mac os x 10.9
With brouwser Firefox because Safari does not currently.

Thank you for your response / suggestions.
Unfortunately you’re referring to our PRO plugin and TS Tazdevil69 uses our FREE plugin.
The suggestions you made above will not work on FREE, because these functions don’t exists in WooCommerce DYMO Print Free.
@tazdevil69 did you already solve the problem or not?
