   3 days back i have updated my wp to 3.3.1 from then my posts are not gettting indexed. prev the same thing happened then i rolled back to my old version.

   Nope, it's good for indexing. Now there may be something in your robots.txt, a plugin, or theme issue but I don't think that likely.

   If you haven't already install and configure a sitemap XML plugin on your site.

   The try using Google Webmaster Tools, verify your site, and request that they re-crawl your site again.
