   Hello,
   When I first began with WordPress I remember I thought it was amazing because it published my blogs in Forums where the wordpress.com could see. I would get feedback from interested readers. That was a cool experience.

   I quickly grew to switch too wordpress.org and have customized a template. I don't feel like my published blogs are seen by the wordpress community anymore.

   My question is does my wordpress.org website publish too the wordpress community?

   If it doesn't is there a way to make it publish to wordpress community or forums?

   Nope. ;)

   I don't feel like my published blogs are seen by the wordpress community anymore.

   There are lots of ways to publicize your posts, have you looked at Jetpack's Publicize option?
