   A simple question really: Does WooCommerce send an "Order Dispatched" email when the order is marked completed?
   I am aware of the "Order received" email that is sent after a user completes an order but not sure if a follow-up email is sent when the order is processed.

   no, but you can click "send invoice" after marking an order as complete to achieve this.
