    The plugin does exactly what it says it does. My only suggestion to the author is to actually put some instructions in the readme.txt, or in the Settings page in WP admin.

    It is very easy to apply the qTip, all you have to do is give tags a title. For example:

    <a title="This is your tooltip">Something</a>
