Hi Deankeen,
Currently Smart Manager doesn’t allow to add variations but only manage them. Using Smart Manager you can bulk edit products, customers or orders.
For bulk variation adding you can try out the Bulk Variations Manager

What about Bulk Attributes?
Is what I am looking for. OR, allowing attributes to be set with CVS file importing.
The Importing plugin I have right now doesn’t work with attributes.

Would like to update you that you can manage attributes for multiple products at a single click using the batch update functionality of Smart Manager. However, import functionality is currently not available in Smart Manager.
