I assume that the plugin needs Amazon credentials in order to “see” the files and buckets in your S3 account. But does it also protect the video files so that they can’t be embeded/played from other locations? I’ve seen other implementations, where they can only be accessed through the WP site that’s authorized properly. I’m hoping this plugin does the same, so that if I embed some video in some protected pages, people can’t “steal” the URL and share with their friends who haven’t paid to get access. Will this plugin do that, or no?

I’ll probably use it either way, I’m just hoping it does, to give a little extra protection. Thanks.

No it doesn’t iits a feature that will most likely be added in the future as a few people have asked about it but for the meantime it doesn’t.

Okay, great. There’s one that can be purchased for $100. So I’d be happy to donate if you want to do the work on this one and keep it free. I’d hope others would as well. Thanks for the quick response. Will probably start settings up with this hoping for an update that includes this in the future.
