Does this plugin or the astoundify theme work on Multisites?

I have 2 questions regarding multisite – Does this work on multisites?

And if so, I have a multisite where users can sign up to my site and create blogs and I would add the astoundify theme on my network. So if a user signsup to my site to create a blog, if they visit the fundraising site, will they already be logged in? or would they have to sign up for another account?

Just like a plugin like woo commerce, users can sign up for a blog and then visit my store – they will already be logged in, so they don’t need to sign up again to use my store – they just have to fill out the billing etc.
