Does this kind of plugin exist?

Hello everyone,

I hope i’m posting in the right section here.
So I was wondering if such an plugin exist.
So the idea is like this:
There are registered users on the website, and each registered user has a status (lets say bronze or gold) each status gives him accsess to a special kind of cupons or discounts/bonuses (so basicly I add the bonuses/discounts/coupons, and if the user is in an specific group he can see them and use them) in specific shops. Is there such a script available? I just don’t know what keywords to use to search for one.
