Does this hide other user's media uploads?

    I’m presently creating a classified listing site and need to be able to restrict users of a certain level to only having access to media they’ve uploaded themselves. WordPress default allows any registered user access to all media, obviously I need to restrict this.

    Does this or the Pro version have a capability to achieve this?
