Does the subscription email address pushed to HubSpot?

How does a subscriber will receive an email whenever a new post is created in WP?

Who will receive the email? HubSpot Subscribers Or Only Feed Subscribers?

It looks like the email address is used only for Feed Burner RSS subscription and not pushed to Hubspot…
