I updated to WordPress 3.6 & CF7 3.5.2. on a host of sites on a number of different servers and CF7 continues to work flawlessly.
I would suspect that most Forum members would not give great creedance to this post.
I’m running WP 3.6.1 with CF7 3.5.2 and have not experienced any issues at all, even after a WP upgrade. Please let us know which issues you’re having and maybe there is an easy fix for it.

Running WordPress 3.6.1 and it doesn’t work for me.
After submitting the contact form it spins for a few minutes then returns to an empty page with /contact-us/#wpcf7-f861-p862-o1 in the address bar.
I did try disabling the other plugins I had enabled but no joy.
Any help much appreciated.

Update…
I tried on a clean WordPress 3.6 and 3.6.1 install on a test machine and it works so must be a conflict somewhere on my live site I’m trying to install onto. Will do some more digging.
Ok so I now have it working on my live site too. I can’t say exactly what the problem was because I spun up a new EC2 server with newer versions of CentOS, Apache, MySQL, PHP etc.
atually you didn’t include wp_head() in your header.php . did you?
make sure wp_head(); in header.php
and wp_footer(); in footer.php
