does not work on home page

Hi there!

I’m using it currently on my website and it’s not working correctly on the home page.

For example:
I click +1 on a post on the home page. Then the home page gets +1, not the post. So if you reload the home page, all posts on the home page have got +1.

The reason is:
http://www.homepage.com gets +1 but not http://www.website.com/post-1/.

It’s the same with Twitter and Facebook.

Any idea how to fix this?
